The new Global Sun Oven review
https://thesurvivalmom.com/the-new-global-sun-oven-review-and-giveaway/

When asked which solar cooker oven I recommend, I always mention the Global Sun Oven. It was the very first solar oven I owned and it shows plenty of wear and tear. It’s more expensive than other versions, but its designers came up with creative solutions to common issues that made solar cooking more challenging than it needed to be. ---CONTINUED---

"Minimum" Solar Box Cooker
http://solarcooking.wikia.com/wiki/%22Minimum%22_Solar_Box_Cooker

The "Minimum" Solar Box Cooker is a simple box cooker that can be built in a few hours for very little money. When we designed this cooker, we named it the "Minimum Solar Box Cooker" because, at the time, it represented the simplest design we could devise. What we didn't communicate with that name was that this is a full-power cooker that works very well, and is in no way minimum as far as its cooking power goes. --- Directions for assembly at link, above --

Making and using a solar cooker

By Joe Radabaugh

Image Solar cooking is a delightful alternative to conventional cooking methods. The solar cookers available today really work and they deserve serious evaluation by a much larger audience. For 40 years, small groups of people have been using and refining some very good designs. But these designs have, for the most part, gone unnoticed even by those involved with alternative energy. With such a lack of support, you’d think they would have vanished from view long ago. But they haven’t.

What I have included here is a very good starter model that can lead you and your family to a lifetime of enjoyment without threatening your pocketbook. A solar cooker can easily be built for under $10. --- continued at link, above ---

BUILDING A SOLAR OVEN
http://www.endtimesreport.com/building_a_solar_oven.html

Image Building a solar oven that will have the ability to reach 220 F within 2 hours of direct sunlight is relatively easy. The solar oven I designed and built has served me well for many years. My oven fits on a platform with wheels to tow around, and is so sturdy it will last for decades.

Basically, a solar oven or wax melter is a wooden box with a double - glazed removable lid, propped up at an angle of about 40 degrees. But geometry comes into play here, as that would mean ... ---CONTINUED at LINK, above---

DIY Solar Oven

The Perfect DIY Solar Oven
https://www.instructables.com/The-Perfect-DIY-Solar-Oven/

I love cooking with a solar oven! It's like using the perfect slow cooker, but no heat in the kitchen and best yet, the energy to run it IS FREE! I have a Sun Flair solar cooker on our sailboat and use it every time we're on the hook. I used it as a basis for this design.

(SNIP) ... I wanted to design a very functional solar oven for the DIY'er, but not something that is big, bulky nor permanent.
(SNIP) ... I also wanted it portable and foldable, that's why I didn't build a permanent frame. Built correctly this little oven should last you years and years. ---CONTINUED---

How to Build a Solar Oven

(SNIP) ... a solar oven that will do a real job of cooking on a clear day, even in winter.

(SNIP) ... Basically the solar oven consists of a box for the food and a glass cover to admit and trap heat inside the container. The box shown is made from galvanized iron but could as well have been aluminum for lighter weight. The reflector panels are of aluminum. ---CONTINUED ---
